The NW Regional Water Reclamation Facility in Tampa is being expanded to handle increased wastewater flow from two other wastewater treatment plants slated for closure. This has the people that live around the NW Hillsborough Plant a bit concerned.
DJ Public Relations is conducting all public outreach and education activities for this $200 million expansion. This includes developing a public outreach plan, planning public meetings, coordinating and communicating with neighborhood HOAs, developing all collateral materials, and ongoing communication with all stakeholders.
